FOLLOW-UP | OBSC1 Fairness Hearing Information

OBSC1 Members:

Attached is a letter from the attorneys for OBSC1, which was mailed to each of you on April 30, 2026 (using your current mailing address on file with the Club). As stated in the letter, and as discussed at the Member Meetings on April 28 and April 29, 2026, a Fairness Hearing (“Hearing”) will be conducted before the Court on the 27th day of May, 2026 at 10:30 AM before Judge Grasso at the Ocean County Courthouse, 118 Washington Street, Toms River, New Jersey 08754. You are welcome to attend the Hearing, though your attendance is purely voluntary and not required. You also have the right to file documents in support or in opposition to the Fairness Hearing and must abide by the Court’s procedural requirements as set forth on pages 5-6 of the attached Order. Failure to abide by the Court Ordered procedure may result in the inability for you to be heard at the Hearing.
