OBSC1 Rules Committee Rules Report Webinar - Thurs, 8/13

OBSC1 Members:

As announced and discussed at our Spring Membership Meeting in June and subsequent email in late July, the Rules Committee has been working diligently on reviewing our current guidelines related to building heights. We are pleased to announce an upcoming Session to discuss their report: Recommended Modification of OBSC1 Construction Rules Governing Building Height. This report is strictly confidential and is not permitted to be shared, posted or otherwise distributed to non-OBSC1 members. As a reminder, the Homeowner's password to access this document was shared with all members on p.7 of our Spring Newsletter.

We have scheduled a Zoom Webinar Session on Thursday, August 13th at 7pm to review and answer your questions. You must register for the session using the link below in order to attend; please be sure to use the name/email associated with your OBSC1 membership:

Meeting Overview

  • Duration: We expect to keep this information session to one hour.

  • Preparation: We ask that all members please read the committee's report before the call. We will not be reading the report during the session.

  • Q&A Guidelines: To ensure everyone has a chance to participate, questions will be limited to 1 to 2 minutes per person. Please note that the Q&A will be strictly focused on the committee's report and presentation. We will not be addressing topics related to personal property or individual situations.

Based on attendance, overall need, and member interest, we will consider hosting a second presentation on a different night.
