OBSC1 Rules Follow-up - Special Community Meeting Announcement

OBSC1 Members:

Included is a copy of a mailing you either have received in the past day or so or should be receiving shortly, mailed to the home address that you have provided the Club. As the letter states, the Board has unanimously endorsed the July 30, 2026 recommendations of the Rules Committee, as outlined in their Report, which previously had been and remains posted on the OBSC1 website in the “Homeowners Section” and has concurrently scheduled a Special Meeting of all OBSC1 Members to vote upon amending the By-Laws. This Special Meeting will take place on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at 10:00AM at Union Church – 25 Philadelphia Avenue (corner of Route 35 and Philadelphia Avenue), Lavallette, NJ.

In the near future, the Board shall announce dates for Zoom informational session(s) and also provide additional information to assist you in answering any questions relative to this proposed By-Law modification.
