OBSC1 Spring 2026 Newsletter + Legal Update

OBSC1 Members:

We are pleased to share our Spring 2026 Member Newsletter (click link to access) which includes notable updates, important Club information and some general reminders as we prepare for another great summer in OBSC1; we encourage you to read through and reach out to us if you have any questions.

Additionally, and of great importance, we are also writing to let you know that we have reached a settlement in the Gross vs. OBSC matter, the terms of which were set forth on the record by the court. In light of this, we will host two Zoom update sessions for homeowners: one on Tuesday, April 28th at 7pm and another on Wednesday, April 29th at 7pm. We are holding two Zoom sessions to accommodate schedules, with the same content being covered in each; please attend whichever is most convenient for you. Zoom details will be provided in advance of the sessions. 

We also hope many of you will join the Spring Membership Meeting on Saturday, June 13th at 10am at Union Church of Lavallette.
