ANNOUNCEMENT | Fall Membership Meeting 11/2

OBSC1 Members: 

We hope you all had a great summer in OBSC1 and are enjoying the start of the fall season. Our Fall Membership Meeting will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at 2:00pm at Union Church of Lavallette located at 25 Philadelphia Ave. For your review in advance of our meeting, attached is a copy of the Unapproved Meeting Minutes from our Spring Membership meeting held on May 23, 2024. An agenda will be provided in advance of our Fall Meeting; the agenda will include an update on ongoing legal matters which we know is of great importance to each and every one of you.

At our Fall Membership Meeting, we will also be holding the annual Trustee elections. If you have an interest in running for the Board of Trustees for a 2 year term commencing on January 1, 2025, please send an email to obsurfclub1@gmail.com no later than Monday, October 28th with a paragraph confirming your interest in serving and any relevant qualifications/information to be considered by the membership when casting their votes. Members in attendance will be permitted to cast one ballot per household. Candidate summaries/bios will be shared with Members in advance of the voting process. 
 

We will be touch shortly with an end of summer update and will also send a reminder email prior to meeting date. We look forward to seeing many of you on 11/2!
