Club Updates and Reminders

  • Bay beach cleanup will take place over Memorial Day Weekend on Saturday, May 27th at 10am. We are looking for volunteers to help so please join us if you can. Bring any shovels, rakes, brooms and wheelbarrows you happen to have. We are appreciative of your support!

  • Owners badge pick-up will take place on Saturday, June 10 from 10am-2pm at 236 Bay Beach Way. There will be options to pick-up badges if you are unable to make it on 6/10. We will have OBSC1 clothing available for sale at badge pick-up!

  • Dues. Thanks to the vast majority of members who have paid their 2023 dues however we have a few members with outstanding balances. As a reminder membership dues for 2023 are $600 and were due no later than May 1, 2023. Outstanding balances may be subject to late fees. Please remit payment via check or online as soon as possible.

  • Parking. As a reminder, please ensure vehicles parked in your respective driveways are not extending into OBSC1 roads. Vehicles extending into the road can cause safety and sight line issues; please be sure you are parked within your property limits at all times, especially if you have an extra long SUV, club cab truck etc. Thanks for your cooperation. 

 

Summer Job Openings
 

There are still a few open positions for summer employment at OBSC1. We are looking for applicants who can work at least 2-3 days/week from 10:30-4:30 on weekdays and 9-5 on weekends between June 17th and September 4th.

We're looking forward to another fun summer in OBSC1! Our beaches officially open in less than a month; for the safety of all members and guests, please be sure to follow directions of our esteemed team of lifeguards when they are on duty.
