Reminder | September 26 Membership Vote

OBSC1 Members:

This is a reminder that the OBSC1 vote to amend our By-Laws will take place this Saturday, September 26, at 10 AM at Union Church – 25 Philadelphia Avenue (corner of Route 35 and Philadelphia Avenue), Lavallette, NJ with voting open from 8:30 AM to 11:15 AM (adjusted for the potential storm/tide forecast to maximize safe participation).

This vote is important — it will help members who wish to construct new homes this winter avoid costly, contentious litigation, while preserving our community's way of life and minimizing future disputes among neighbors.

Please plan to travel safely and make every effort to cast your vote. Members of the Rules Committee and the Board will be on hand during voting hours to answer any last-minute questions.
