We would like to share a quick update regarding the Special Meeting and Bylaws vote held on Saturday, October 31, 2026.

We had strong member participation; meeting minutes will reflect that slightly over 80 members attended. Both proposed amendments passed decisively, with over 85% of ballots cast in favor of each measure:

• Proposal 1 (Passed): Amendment to Section 6 – Building Height Restrictions (building height and related construction standards).

• Proposal 2 (Passed): Amendments to Articles V, X, and XI (authorizing remote meeting attendance, remote voting, and related meeting procedures).

Thank you to everyone who reviewed the materials, attended the meeting, and cast their ballots.

What's Next: November 14th Fall Meeting

With the passage of Proposal 2, we will follow up shortly with full details regarding the format, agenda, and remote participation options for our upcoming Fall Membership Meeting on Saturday, November 14, 2026.
