Zoom Virtual Meeting on Litigation 11/4

Given the importance of our ongoing litigation to each one of us, the Trustees, in collaboration with our legal team, will be hosting a virtual session on Tuesday, November 4th at 7pm to provide members with an update on the latest developments and provide an opportunity for members to ask questions. If you would like to hear directly from our attorneys, please prioritize attending this session as they will not be present at our Fall Membership meeting. Zoom information for the session is below:

Fall Membership Meeting 11/8
 

Our meeting will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 10:00am at Union Church of Lavallette located at 25 Philadelphia Ave. Agenda below; draft Spring meeting minutes, budget information and other relevant materials will be posted in the Homeowners section of our website late in the evening on November 4th.

The voting process will take place via physical ballots which will be tallied by independent member(s) of the OBSC1 community. One vote per lot is permitted. Summaries for each candidate seeking election/re-election will be shared for review prior to casting your vote on Saturday.
